✅ Hip joint – since this area is often affected, pay special attention to hip rotation (internal and external), full flexion and extension, as well as hip and glute strength.
✅ Breathing – a natural yet often neglected function. Proper breathing patterns and control help regulate body tension caused by pain, stress, and adhesions. Endometriosis can also affect the diaphragm, one of the key muscles responsible for free and easy breathing.
You can run, jump, and enjoy other favorite sports, but be mindful of intensity. Training is a form of exertion, and exertion is a type of stress for the body.
